Father, in the name of Jesus, I humble myself before you, and I submit my authority to hold onto any worries, cares, and concerns.
I now cast the whole of my cares over on you. I willfully give it to you, once and for all, never to pick it back up.
From this day forward, I have no heavy burdens, because I’ve taken Jesus’ yoke, which is easy, and His burden is light.
I will not allow my heart or mind to be troubled or disturbed.
I daily put my hope and trust in God. I declare that I have the mind of Christ, and the wisdom of God flows through in me, and through me.
Therefore, I have perfect peace, that passes all natural understanding.
From this day forward, whatever comes my way, I refuse to be stressed or worried.
I decree that I am stress free, now and forever.
