Pastor Dr. Lora Pettis

Born June 26, 1964, Pastor Dr. Lora Pettis is an anointed woman of God who operates in the gifts of the spirit. Her “in your face” unique style of preaching continues to touch the lives of many. Her ministry began in her home as she taught her four children the Word of God. She was a youth Sunday School teacher for several years. Her concern for the next generation led her to lead and guide the youth with a brother and sisterhood gathering on Saturday mornings. Her love and mentoring helped some of our youth become productive young men and women through innovative ideas such as fashion shows, auctions, dinners, and many more. God continues to bless and use her to minister to all generations.

Pastor Lora is also passionate about encouraging women. Therefore, she founded the Women on the Move ministry to empower and equip women to work in ministry effectively. She has received many awards and recognition from several ministries. In addition, she received her honorary doctorate in 2009 from Hope Bible Institute Seminary of Indiana for her dedication to ministry. Not only is she faithful in ministry, but she also faithfully works very close to her husband, Apostle Dr. Steven L. Pettis. On October 22, 1983, God joined them to be one in the spirit and to build the kingdom of God. She epitomizes the virtuous woman of Proverbs 31:10. She is an entrepreneur, co-founder and CEO of Personality Chairs and L’Vernell Designs and Creations. Pastor Lora Pettis is one of God’s prophetic voices for these last days.
